Fantastic hotel. A hidden gem almost. It’s great that the hotel is based on Merivale in which the food and drink is so much better than any other hotel offering.

The room was well appointed and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were plentiful. The staff was excellent, extremely attentive and friendly. The room service is very good and quick. The location was very good, for food, sightseeing and nightlife.

The Establishment Hotel is a hidden treasure, the location was perfect. Walking distance to Circular Quay and Wynyard Train Station so it is excellent if you’re coming from the airport. It is also a block away from the light rail (tram line) on George street. The customer service was exceptional, the room was clean and spacious. This property will go Above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

The location is superb as it's just a couple of blocks from Circular Quay in a quiet alley. The area is also close to some convenient stores. It is huge with a fully stocked minibar and includes living area. It is quiet, dark and comfortable to sleep in at night.

The staff were all exceptional. I have never encountered such genuinely helpful and kind staff at every interaction. Charlotte was an absolute delight! Gorgeous moody decor. Comfortable large room. Parking at Met centre was convenient and location is great for an event in the city.

The location is fabulous, the room is massive and very unique. The lighting can be dimmed. The staff were incredibly friendly. Housekeeping were good and always tidied the room even when heading out later in the day. e rooms need some tlc

The location was in great Proximity, to most, if not all of Sydney's Darlington Harbour Attractions. Room was clean. and tidy. Bathroom wad awesome. Staff were friendly.

Location was incredibly good, their restaurants, room service, etc were very nice, along with the complimentary wifi. Front staff were very friendly. Of the location, you're very close to the offices on George street, a brief walk to Circular Quay, which proves train access directly to the airport.

Boutique hotel in a great location in Sydney, situated in an old factory building with a range of connected restaurants with excellent food and service. Large and well equipped rooms truly different from conventional hotel chain rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast but be in time for it because it will be prepared in one of the restaurants and brought over.
